Small Robots
Whether it’s the speedy 4-axis SCARAs or the flexible 6-axis jointed-arm robots, these compact, space-saving Robots from KUKA are among the fastest and most reliable robots in their class. All of them utilize the advantages of the world’s most dependable and best-selling PC-based control platform KRC. And it goes without saying that this diverse range of 4-axis and 6-axis Kuka Robots can be freely combined within a single system – always with the benefits of using the same control platform.

Low Payloads (6 kg to 16 kg)
KUKA robots with low payloads are particularly suitable for small-scale activities such as component testing, assembly of small parts, or grinding, polishing and bonding.

Medium Payloads (30 kg to 60 kg)
Popular applications for medium payload robots range from simple handling tasks to complex operations such as measuring air currents in the wind tunnel or sewing leather seat covers.

High Payloads (100 kg to 240 kg)
KUKA robots from the high payload range are particularly sought after for spot welding, handling and loading/unloading tasks. Their long reach and great flexibility make them indispensable partners.

Special Models
KUKA robots are available not just as standard models, but also, for specific requirements, as shelf-mounted, palletizing or press-to-press robots, as well as a version for foundry applications. These special models increase productivity still further as they are optimally adapted to their respective applications.
