Used and New Fanuc Robots

Welding Solutions With New And Used Welding Robots

FANUC LTD announced that they have produced Industrial Robot welding systems for 30 consecutive years since it first started production in 1974, and that 120,869 FANUC Robots have been produced as of the end of January, 2004. Further, FANUC Robotics America, Inc., FANUC LTD's subsidiary in America, announced that it has installed 59,581 robots in North and South America and that they are the #1 supplier in those markets.

FANUC ArcMate 50iL
Expressly suited for arc welding applications this compact Fanuc ArcMate 50il has six axes, serial link, and is electric servo driven. Designed for high-speed and flexible, reliable performance; the ArcMate 50il is capable of arc welding, material handling, and process applications.
Features:

  • Six-axes of motion
  • All motors and cables are internally located to protect them from the harsh welding environment
  • Compatible with all major brands of welding equipment
  • Interfaces with most types of servo driven or indexing positioners
  • Cable routing through center of axis rotation improves reliability

FANUC ArcMate 50iB
Well suited for arc welding processes, the ARC Mate 50iB/3L has an electric servo driven motor, six axes and serial linking. The Robot is reliable, compact, flexible, and has the ability to operate at high speeds. The ARC Mate 50iB/3L is highly qualified for arc welding processes; as well as a variety of welding applications.
Features:

  • Improved motion control lower the possibility of mechanical wear and tear
  • Sealed bearings and drives provide protection and increase dependability
  • Floor, angle or invert mounting and tabletop size adds to installation flexibility
  • Compatible with all major brands of welding equipment
  • Well-matched with all major brands of welding equipment

FANUC ArcMate 100i
The ArcMate 100i is an electric servo-driven robot designed for precise, high-speed welding and cutting. With its wrist size reduced for smaller openings, the ArcMate 100i will fill many needs on the manufacturing floor.
Features:

  • The motion envelope of the arm includes that of the previous model and has an 8% larger horizontal stroke.
  • The wrist size has been reduced by 19%, enabling the robot to enter into smaller openings in the workspace.
  • Designed with integral utilities including gas/air lines and a Lincoln Electric wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm. This offers improved reliability, reduced setup time and eliminates external cabling requirements.
  • TurboMove™ advanced servo control features allow quick and smooth point-to-point motion, which increases arc on-time and throughput.
